Industrial lubrication control panels use LED indicators to display system status and fault conditions. Understanding these signals helps operators respond quickly, reduce downtime, and maintain optimal lubrication performance.

When a system fault occurs, the red LED light will illuminate to alert operators that an error has been detected.
During this condition:
Er:LL — Low Lubricant Level
Indicates that lubricant levels are below the required operating threshold.
Er:CY — Backup Time Expired
Occurs when the programmed number of cycle counts is reached before receiving input.
This results in no grease flow to the lubrication points.
Er:SY — System Error
Indicates an internal system fault requiring inspection or servicing.
