  • Flexibility – to ensure that proposals are designed flexibly to meet the client’s changing needs.
  • Quality and cost effectiveness – will be promoted through the effective utilization of available resources. The avoidance of duplication, the establishment of effective – structures and mechanisms for the co-ordination of projects, and activities that adds value.
